• when creating a new post, assign it to it’s proper category
• latest post is dynamically pulled onto the index page of the site with the first few sentences or the articles displayed underneath the title and a read more link to the full article
• can add on comments to this feature for and additional fee of $100.

Contact Page

As one of the main navigation tabs, this functionality has the following features:

• Editable text area above contact form fields.
• Contact fields including name, email address, phone number, and comments.

Content Management System

Your Smart Nuts Technology website is a content management system and has a very easy to use, intuitive administrative section of your website that allows you to edit, upload, manage and maintain your website 24/7. The administrative area of a Smart Nuts Technology website has been created to allow the site owner to upload and manage all of their own content without costly programming bills or complicated coding; it is easy to use and intuitive.

From a single admin landing page, you can easily manage any area of the website making regular changes and updates to keep your site content fresh and relevant and this includes images, pdfs and link creation on any page of the website. A comprehensive and easy to follow user manual and email support is provided with every website.

A rich media editor can be installed for an additional cost to allow the ability to upload mp3’s and streaming video. 

Subscribe to Newsletter

Subscribe to newsletter feature is part of the left sidebar area and is consistently visible below the left sidebar text area.  The admin area of the website has an area where you can view all the names and emails of the people that have signed up for your newsletter, and allow you to export those names as a .csv file so that you can send out newsletters in a professional manner.

Title / Login Bar

The staff login link is used for the site owner to access site content and make changes.  An image (optional) can be applied to this field to apply the company logo and the title of the website.

Footer Area

Footer section with link list of main navigation items and line of html text for Business name, address and phone number to be set up when website is created.

Meta Data

Provide us with your website description and keywords and we will set up your meta data for you.

While the site layout and structure is fixed for this “Start Now” package, many design elements can change to customize the look of your website.  These elements include:

Costs:

$250 and a signed contract gets you started. We’ve made it easy to put your website together.  Start entering your content right away and build your website as you build the rest of your business.

Summary of all Smart Nuts Technology costs involved:

• $150 one time set up fee at time of contract signing, plus the $100 first month commitment
• $100/month commitment for 12 months
• $15/month hosting fee starting on month 13.
• 5% GST is applicable to all SNT website services.

 

Summary of other costs:

• Domain name fee to your domain registrar ($15-50/year depending on the registrar), if needed.
• Graphic design fees (variable), if needed.

 

Additional Services, optional:

• Set up of google analytics on your site is an additional $50 one-time fee.
• Set up of email address associated with your domain name is an additional $25 one-time fee.
• Comments can be added to blog or articles functionality and is an additional $100 one-time fee.

Smart Nuts Technology can help you with your design needs. 

If you already have your business logo, we can help you to get into your website easily and inexpensively. 

• Use one of our in house designers to efficiently provide you with a selection of logo implementation and site colors to select from. Cost range $150-$300 depending on your logo and if you already have something in mind.

If you are in need of logo design, or would like to work with a designer to develop a different web layout feel free to work with someone that has already been recommended to you, work with one of our in house designers, or use one of our recommended designers.

Website Content:

All website content is your responsibility to create, upload and format.
